This Extraordinary General Meeting is to ratify an updated Constitution- bringing it into line with current legal requirments. The constitution- with ammendments highlighted, can be viewed here. Formal notice of meeting was emailed to all 2024-25 and 2025-26 members and only current members will be eligible to vote.

This short meeting is also an opportunity to discuss with the Board some recent changes and initiatives at the club, and will be followed by a working bee- to prepare the clubrooms for the coming season- and a few drinks.
Members are invited to come to one or both.

25/26 season membership
If you haven't already, it's time to renew your membership for the coming season to take advantage of unlimited greens use, member prices over the AIC bar, free coaching, and more.
Now with new digital membership cards you can store in your mobile Wallet!

public bowls + group bookings
The RNB Board have made the decision not to schedule public bowls sessions- previously Friday evenings and Saturday afternoons- for the coming season.
Members can still bring one guest to bowl with them for free (2 guests on Club Nights) and unlimited guests to bowl at $20 each, paid at the bar on Friday afternoons, or by bank transfer outside these times.

And, going forward, Auckland Irish Club are now managing all group bookings at the venue. For the time being booking enquiries can be made to events@aucklandirish.co.nz
though AIC are intending to impliment an online booking system, similar to the previous RNB one.
